Founder & Principal
Tyler Hults.
A unique edge in private aviation — equal parts deep industry experience and true fiduciary mindset. After a decade across Flexjet, VistaJet, and Jet Edge, and a finance background at Morgan Stanley, Tyler built TRH to advise clients the way a fiduciary manages capital.

The background
Before founding TRH Aviation, Tyler spent over a decade building his reputation as a top-performing executive at Flexjet, VistaJet, and Jet Edge — where he helped design and lead the original Jet Edge Reserve Membership Program. His expertise spans charter, jet cards and memberships, fractional ownership, and full aircraft transactions, with a consistent focus on transparency, client advocacy, and value-driven solutions.
A background in finance at Morgan Stanley in New York taught him the discipline of strategic capital deployment — a skill set that now directly informs his consultative approach, helping hundreds of UHNW individuals, wealth managers, and family offices rethink how they fly.
He brings that financial mindset to every aviation conversation — helping clients fly smarter by aligning their aviation spend with the same fiduciary logic they use to manage their investments.
“Place clients into the program and structure that truly aligns with their usage, values, and expectations — not what benefits the broker.”
Whether you’re a fractional owner seeking supplemental lift, a jet card client tired of annual fees and blackout dates, or simply exploring more efficient ways to fly, Tyler is here to protect your time, your capital, and the confidence behind every decision to fly.

What guides the work
Three principles, applied to every engagement.
Independence first
No single operator, card, or ownership model is right for everyone. TRH evaluates every path, because it isn't paid to sell one.
Numbers over narrative
Every recommendation is backed by the economics — total cost, contractual risk, utilization, and exit — not adjectives.
Built to evolve
Your aviation setup should change as travel volume, family needs, and the market change. The right structure today isn't permanent.
